company’s rules, and procedures in a difficult environment. In charge of
defining and coordinating all logistics activities onshore and offshore

Achievements included:

Whole logistics roll-out process
for the Rosa Project 2006 – 2007: 25 wells, including 11 for water injection
and 14 producers, tied into four manifolds. Subsea installation consisting of
64 kilometers of insulated production flowlines (Pipe in Pipe) and of 40
kilometers of water injection lines linking the Rosa to the Girasol FPSO. 5,600
tons of structure and equipment installed on the FPSO

Implementation of the entire
logistics for DALIA Project 2005-2006 one of the largest deep-offshore
developments anywhere in the world. Based on a subsea production system of 67
wells - 34 production wells, 30 water injection wells and three gas injection
(1 FPSO, 5 construction vessels, 1 Flotel, 3 Drill Ship)
Definition, optimization and
coordination to provide safe and reliable logistics support (marine and
aviation) to various entities (drilling, construction, exploitation and
projects) against an optimal budget
Implementation of SAP (Offshore
Logistics Management Module) to follow transport movements including monitoring
the CCU certification.
